The AIML team is passionate about technology with a focus on enriching the customer experience. We are seeking a collaborative Senior Leader who will oversee the Global AIML Data Operations team. You will coach, mentor and guide a group of established leaders to inspire quality, innovation and strong performance from their teams. You will be responsible for the greater strategic impact of this organization and must have the ability to instill trust in the current leadership team and deeper collaboration with core partners on optimizing workflows and business performance. Description

You will lead teams at multiple sites in the US, EMEIA and APAC regions for Apple. You will oversee policies and procedures and quality audits. You will collaborate with cross functional partners in the development of tools and reports to analyze and run the business, including workflow optimizations, workforce management, and volume predictions. You’ll report on status, achievements and goals to partners and leadership. You will mentor and inspire your teams to deliver innovative ideas, strong performance, and high quality results. You’ll determine staffing requirements, participate in interviewing, hiring and on boarding of new leaders. You will be responsible for overall team performance while developing leaders and achieving quality results. You’ll use your analytical mentality, driving quality and performance to achieve organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years senior leadership experience leading all aspects of a large, worldwide organization in Operations or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Global experience leading geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong quantitative and decision-making skills with ability to synthesize and distill large amounts of data into action plans
  • Proven success providing vision and strategy while leading and developing high-performance teams in a dynamic, global organization
  • Consistent track record of operational results
  • Makes good decisions based upon mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, judgement and input from team
  • Deep knowledge of data reporting and excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, ability to clearly and concisely motivate frontline employees, managers and senior leaders
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
  • Innate capability to, directly and indirectly, lead large teams for success
  • Position will require travel and non-standard work hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel internationally when required
