Job Description:
- Design and implement advanced reinforcement learning algorithms to develop autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader systems for task automation.
- Conduct experiments and simulations to validate and refine models and algorithms.
- Stay abreast of latest AI trends, focusing on reinforcement learning and its applications in autonomous systems and gaming.
- Document and present research findings and technical advancements at internal and external meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related field.
- Proven expertise in reinforcement learning, particularly in developing autonomous agents.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with RL libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenAI Gym.
- Experience in applying reinforcement learning in self-driving technology and/or game development.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate RL algorithms that significantly advance the state of the art.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Published research in major journals or conferences on topics relevant to reinforcement learning, autonomous agents, or AI-driven automation.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Familiarity with distributed computing and cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
